One of Nissin's regional ramen edition. Nissin's Hakodate Instant Ramen (Shio). This pack contains five individual servings of tasty ramen noodles with separate sachets of chilli flakes and powdered soup stock seasoned perfectly. All you need is some spring onions, pork slices and perhaps half a hard boiled egg, and you have a nice tasty bowl of ramen. It has a rich soup that made use of scallops from Hokkaido and the noodles are specially made to have a mochi texture that fits the soup.
 
DIRECTIONS OF USE:
Boil the noodles in approx. 450ml boiling water for 4mins.
Stir and separate.
Add the powdered soup mix, and stir.
Transfer to a bowl and top with desired toppings
